Viggle Turbo v0.3 Released for Qwen Image with Cleaner Output

Viggle has released turbo LoRA v0.3 for Qwen Image 2.1, featuring less noise and cleaner surfaces in 6-step mode plus a new 9-step mode for better small text. It also ships official int8 and GGUF files for low-VRAM local deployment.
