Microsoft Research introduced Agensh, a self-organizing multi-agent framework that runs over a thousand coding agents without a central orchestrator. Scaling from 1 to 128 agents lifted pass rates on ProgramBench's hardest tasks by 49%, reaching 55% with over a thousand agents.
