OpenRig: Open-Source Framework Orchestrates Claude Code and Codex Agents

OpenRig is an open-source multi-agent harness (about 968 stars) that orchestrates Claude Code and Codex CLI agents as a persistent team, each with its own seat, memory and work queue. It can scale to hundreds of agents, though beyond a hundred a bureaucratic structure is needed.
