Categorical deep learning: an algebraic theory of all architectures?

An ICML position paper argues categorical deep learning generalizes geometric deep learning and offers an algebraic language unifying all architectures. Commentators note, however, that unlike geometric deep learning, it has yet to produce a practically useful architecture.
