Anthropic rolls out banked usage resets and higher Claude rate limits

On September 23, Anthropic introduced a "limit reset" mechanism for Claude paid subscriptions and raised usage caps. The company announced higher five-hour usage limits for Pro, Max, and Team plans, plus one bankable limit reset per subscriber usable at any time. Developer account notes say users can claim it under Settings → Usage, with the reset card valid until October 22. Multiple users (such as Reddit user @keepingmemories and blogger dotey) confirmed receiving a reset card expiring 10/22, saying they no longer need to plan usage around fixed refresh times.
