Anthropic Suffers Major Outage Across Claude Models

Anthropic's status page reported a major outage starting Sept 22 (UTC 00:57), taking down Claude Mythos 5.1, Fable 5.1 and Opus 5, affecting the Claude app, API and Claude Code, with only the government version operating normally. The company is investigating elevated error rates.
