Indigenous educator Danielle Boyer named to TIME100 AI for language-saving robot
Danielle Boyer, an Anishinaabe educator from the Sault Ste. Marie tribe of Chippewa, was named to the 2026 TIME100 AI list for creating SkoBot, a wearable robot that teaches endangered Indigenous languages, after reportedly turning down a $65 million acquisition offer.
