Open-Source SemIf Replicates JEV Semantic Routing on a Single GPU

Open-source project SemIf (formerly OpenJev, unrelated to JEV/TypeSafe) offers an open alternative to JEV's semantic routing using a Qwen 4B model. With about 2.5k GitHub stars, it runs cheaply on a single 3090 or MacBook and is available for browser trial without a waitlist.
