Cascading small model with Kimi K3 detects email fraud for $0.07 per 100 emails

Developer nutlope built a cascade pipeline where Jev classifies 100 emails (half fraudulent) in 1.42 seconds with confidence scores, routing uncertain cases to Kimi K3. The whole batch cost only about $0.07.
