ActiveScale: Co-Designed Framework Teaches Robots Active Perception

CMU and HKUST(GZ) released ActiveScale, a model-data-hardware co-design framework that trains VLA robots on 1000 hours of egocentric data to actively change viewpoints when task-critical information is occluded.
