Anthropic Launches Claude Docs, Slides, and Design Inside Every Conversation

On September 17, Anthropic officially announced three new features — Claude Docs, Claude Slides, and Claude Design — all embedded directly into every conversation, letting users generate documents, presentations, and design mockups without switching to standalone tools.

Why it matters

Previously, producing documents, slides, and design mockups required separate tools or multi-step workflows. By unifying these three creation types inside conversations on a rebuilt Artifacts platform, and connecting Claude Code so developers can produce designs and docs from existing code repositories, Anthropic has cut the cost of the path from requirement to delivery — a concentrated push into productivity tooling.
