Boltz published a real-world case study using BoltzMol-1 against the cancer target WRN, whose inhibitor-bound structure was only released in 2024. The AI approach identified hits in about ten days for under $10K, with a best IC50 of 8.4 µM, replacing months of screening across 350,000 compounds.
