MediaTek Unveils 2nm Dimensity 9600 Pro Flagship Chip

MediaTek has launched the Dimensity 9600 Pro, its first mobile chip on TSMC's 2nm process with over 33 billion transistors and redesigned dual NPUs, enabling on-device 30B-parameter MoE models; a 3nm Dimensity 9600M was also announced for broader devices.
