METR, Transluce, RAND and Others Launch Independent AI Evaluators Forum

Eight leading institutions including METR, Transluce, RAND, AVERI, Princeton, and SecureBio have launched the AI Evaluators Forum (AEF), a public-interest network for independent AI evaluation aimed at developing best practices and joint research, alongside the release of its AEF-1 evaluation standard.
