dotmd Lands on Open VSX, Praised as Smoother Than Default Editor

The dotmd tool is now on Open VSX, installable directly in Cursor (VS Code users must sideload the vsix). Its author finds it much smoother than the default IDE markdown editor despite remaining bugs.
