Claude Code Update: Faster CLI, Token Visualization, and Model Switch Hooks

Claude Code shipped version 2.1.251 with faster CLI startup, token usage visualization, and easier auto-mode rule editing. New PreModelSwitch/PostModelSwitch hooks allow blocking or confirming model switches, and file operations now block paths outside the workspace.
