LeCun on the Curse of Dimensionality: High-Dimensional Parameter Space Helps

Yann LeCun clarified that the curse of dimensionality, originally about histograms needing massive data in high dimensions, does not affect all ML methods equally. He noted that while high-dimensional inputs make modeling harder, high-dimensional parameter spaces actually make model estimation easier.
