TopoExplorer Opens the Black Box of Topological Datasets
TopoExplorer decomposes lifted topological datasets into graph representations covering rank and neighborhood information, making a previously black-box process visible. Experiments across 20 benchmarks show that some pretraining graph metrics correlate with downstream model performance, especially in higher-order neighborhoods.
