Hands-on with MiniMax H3: Multi-Reference Image-to-Video

Tests of MiniMax H3 show its REF2VA mode supports multiple reference images (unlike FL2VA's first/last frame only), generating an interactive Spider-Man video from 3 reference images. The model is imperfect but highly interactive.
