Helium's TLS Fragmentation Blocks Vercel Sites

Helium Browser introduced an experimental TLS ClientHello splitting feature to bypass censorship, but it is incompatible with Vercel servers. This causes Vercel-hosted websites to become inaccessible when the feature is enabled.
