OpenAI Reports Florida Man to FBI Over ChatGPT Murder Plot

OpenAI reported a Florida man, Darren Zhou, to the FBI after its safety systems detected him using ChatGPT to plan the rape and murder of his ex-girlfriend, according to USA Today and the Palm Beach Post. The man has since been arrested.
