ShadKit Brings shadcn/ui Components to SwiftUI

Developer Jason Kneen released ShadKit, an open-source Swift package that ports the popular shadcn/ui and Vercel AI Elements component libraries to SwiftUI. This allows developers to easily recreate familiar shadcn UI styles within iOS applications.
