SuperSplat Enables Instant Browser Loading of 3D Scenes via WebGPU

SuperSplat demonstrated its capability to load massive 3D Gaussian splat scenes in seconds directly within a browser. The project also added PortalCam scan samples and optimized WebGPU streaming to significantly enhance 3D data loading efficiency.
