Atomic Chat Launches 1-Bit Hy3 Offline Chat App

Atomic Chat released a fully offline ChatGPT alternative built on Tencent’s 295B-parameter Hy3 MoE model, compressed to 1-bit into a 92GB package. It reportedly runs locally on four RTX 5090 GPUs with 128GB total VRAM and delivers about 2.2× the speed of the API version, with GitHub and downloads now available.
