Morgan Stanley Raises Hyperscaler Capex Forecast to Nearly $1.5T

Morgan Stanley raised its hyperscaler capex forecast by 9% and 10% for 2027 and 2028, projecting spending to reach $1.4 trillion by 2028, or nearly $1.5 trillion including Oracle. AI data center costs per GW also rose about 40% from GB200 to Vera Rubin.
