Sayash Kapoor to Join UC Berkeley

AI evaluation and policy researcher Sayash Kapoor, coauthor of AI Snake Oil, said he will join UC Berkeley's School of Information as an assistant professor in fall 2027 and is already recruiting PhD students. The move was warmly welcomed online.
