微软在Foundry Agent Service中推出Microsoft Copilot harness公共预览版，支持无代码构建企业级长时程智能体，并宣布托管Agent的长时运行韧性（long-running resilience）能力。该执行层由GitHub工程团队打造，为真正的多模型Agent执行层，此前已在微软全系产品中落地，旨在为智能体提供统一的底座。
