Windows 更新致 Claude 桌面应用无法访问本地文件

2026 年 9 月 8 日发布的 Windows 累积安全更新 KB5124008（build 26200.9445）导致 Anthropic 的 Claude Cowork 和 Claude Desktop 出现故障：Cowork 沙盒 shell 崩溃、无法运行本地命令，Claude Desktop 弹出「Failed to start Claude's workspace」错误，无法访问 C 盘文件，而 Claude Code 不受影响。Anthropic 已在状态页确认问题，目前卸载该补丁是唯一解法。
