Anthropic 通报 Claude 多项服务性能降级

8月14日至15日，Anthropic 官方状态页面连续更新，确认 Claude API、Claude Code 网页版及 Claude Cowork 等服务出现性能降级，故障还波及 Cowork Remote、Routines 等产品。Anthropic 表示正在调查，用户可通过官方状态页跟踪事件进展。
